• How will I know my registration is confirmed? Where will the seminar be held?
• When is the last day I can register for a seminar?
• When do I pay for my seminar?
• What if I paid with a Purchase order and I need a receipt or a refund?
• What is your Goods and Services (GST) number?
• What is your legal corporate name?
• Do you accept credit card payments? What credit cards do you accept?
• What if I register for a seminar, and then find out I can't attend?

ABOUT YOUR SEMINAR

• Will I receive any materials at the seminar?
• What if I want to know more about a subject? Will additional resources be available at the seminar?
• How can I arrange accommodations at the hotel where the seminar is being held?
• What time does the seminar begin and end?
• What is the appropriate dress for the seminar?
• Will I be able to stay in touch with the office or home during the seminar?
• What about lunch and parking?
• If I cannot attend my entire seminar, may I make up the time at a future date?
